This place Drastix really knocked my socks off with their Chicken and Shrimp Rice Bowl. It's like they hijacked my taste buds and took 'em on a one-way trip to Flavor Town.

The chicken was just plain juicy, like it had been doing squats in the gym all its life, while the shrimp were grinning at me from the grill, all sweet and succulent. And the rice, my goodness, it was so fragrant, I was half-expecting a love letter to waft out from the bowl.

The way they played around with spices, it was like a symphony conductor in full flow, expertly hitting all the right notes. It was hot, sweet, savory - pretty much everything but the kitchen sink.

"I enjoy the process of transforming vision into art"

Heidi Walsh is a painter and illustrator born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. After studying Interior Design at The Art Institute of Pittsburgh, she went on to pursue a variety of different careers. Realizing that the creative aspects of her work was what she loved most, she decided to finally pursue her lifelong passion of painting and illustration. She finds her inspiration from travel and the beauty of nature and she enjoys the transforming her vision into art. As an emerging artist, her work encompasses a wide variety of styles and mediums with a strong focus on floral elements and attention to detail. A lover of both the Florida sky and the Pennsylvania mountains, she works in both Florida and Pennsylvania.
